本應用程式是輔助工具，不能保證阻止所有騙案。如有懷疑，請掛線並致電對方平時的號碼。緊急情況請致電 999；香港防騙易熱線：18222。

1. 接受條款

下載或使用「係咪你」（下稱「本應用程式」）即表示您同意本條款及私隱政策。本應用程式由 L&C Development CO., Limited（下稱「我們」）提供；即使應用程式商店以與本公司相關的個人開發者帳戶名稱上架，本條款的合約方仍為本公司。如不同意，請停止使用。

2. 服務內容

本應用程式讓同一家庭的成員互相確認身份：當有人自稱是家人聯絡您時，您可一按通知該家人的手機請其確認，或使用離線暗號。結果取決於家人手機能否接收通知及其回覆，亦受網絡及第三方服務（例如 Apple、Google 推送通知）影響。本應用程式不是緊急服務，亦不會攔截、錄音或分析任何通話或訊息。

3. 資格及帳戶

家庭建立者須年滿 18 歲，並須提供有效電郵以登入。
您只可邀請同意加入的人士；邀請未成年人士須先取得其監護人同意。建立者須對其家庭內的使用負責。
邀請 QR code 只應當面出示，切勿截圖轉發。請妥善保管您的手機。

4. 訂閱、免費試用及取消

本應用程式以訂閱形式提供（家庭 4 人或大家庭 8 人，月費或年費）。只有家庭建立者需要付款，獲邀成員免費。
新訂閱可享 1 個月免費試用。試用期完結後，除非您在試用期完結前至少 24 小時取消，否則會按所選方案自動收費。
訂閱會自動續期，除非您在當期完結前至少 24 小時於 App Store 或 Google Play 的帳戶設定中取消。
付款、退款及取消均由 Apple 或 Google 按其條款處理。價格如有調整，我們會事先通知。
訂閱結束後，離線暗號功能仍可免費使用；一按驗證及家人通知需要有效訂閱。

5. 可接受的使用

您不得：利用本應用程式騷擾、冒充或監察他人；大量發出不必要的驗證；嘗試破解、反向工程或干擾本服務；或作任何違法用途。我們可暫停或終止違反本條款的帳戶。

6. 您的內容

您輸入的名稱、電話號碼等資料仍屬於您。您授權我們在提供服務所需的範圍內儲存及處理該等資料（詳見私隱政策）。

7. 免責聲明及責任限制

本應用程式按「現狀」提供。在法律容許的最大範圍內，我們不保證服務不會中斷或沒有錯誤，亦不保證能識別或阻止任何騙案。對於因騙案、延誤或未能傳送的通知、第三方服務故障或您依賴本應用程式而引致的任何損失（包括金錢損失），我們概不負責。在任何情況下，我們的總責任以您在索償前 12 個月內就本應用程式支付的費用為上限。本條款不排除任何依法不能排除的責任。

8. 終止

您可隨時在「設定 → 刪除帳戶」刪除帳戶。刪除帳戶不會自動取消訂閱，請於 App Store 或 Google Play 取消。

9. Apple 及 Google

本條款只是您與我們之間的協議，Apple 及 Google 並非訂約方，亦不負責本應用程式或其支援。如您經 App Store 下載，Apple 的標準《授權應用程式最終用戶授權協議》亦適用；如有衝突，以對您較有利者為準（在法律容許範圍內）。

10. 適用法律

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並由香港法院專屬管轄；但不影響您所在地消費者保障法律給予您的權利。

11. 條款修改及聯絡

如本條款有重大修改，我們會在應用程式內通知。查詢請電郵 info@lcdev.hk。

The App is an aid, not a guarantee. It cannot stop every scam. If in doubt, hang up and call the person on their usual number. In an emergency call 999 (Hong Kong). Hong Kong Anti-Scam Helpline: 18222.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using IsThatYou ("係咪你", the "App") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The App is provided by L&C Development CO., Limited ("we", "us"); this remains the case even if an app store lists the App under an individual developer account associated with our company. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

The App lets members of the same family confirm each other's identity: when someone claiming to be family contacts you, you can alert that family member's phone with one tap to ask them to confirm, or use the offline codeword. Results depend on the family member's phone receiving the alert and on their answer, and on networks and third-party services (such as Apple and Google push notifications). The App is not an emergency service and does not intercept, record or analyse any call or message.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The family owner must be at least 18 and sign in with a valid email address.
Only invite people who agree to join; inviting a minor requires their parent's or guardian's consent. The owner is responsible for use within their family.
Show invite QR codes in person only and never forward screenshots of them. Keep your phone secure.

4. Subscriptions, free trial and cancellation

The App is offered by subscription (Family of 4 or Family of 8, monthly or yearly). Only the family owner pays; invited members join free.
New subscriptions include a 1-month free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. We will give notice of any price change.
After a subscription ends, the offline codeword keeps working for free; one-tap checks and family alerts require an active subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the App to harass, impersonate or monitor anyone; send excessive or pointless checks; attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Your content

Names, phone numbers and other details you enter remain yours. You permit us to store and process them as needed to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will detect or prevent any scam. We are not liable for any loss (including financial loss) arising from scams, delayed or undelivered notifications, third-party outages, or your reliance on the App. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

9. Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and us only. Apple and Google are not parties and are not responsible for the App or its support. If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where they conflict, the terms more favourable to you apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.
